Balu Hermanus has a diverse work experience in various companies. Balu currently holds the position of Regional Sales Director at Avroy Shlain Cosmetics since July 2022. Before that, they worked at Avon Justine as an Area Sales Manager from February 2018 to September 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Branch Manager at Old Mutual South Africa from November 2014 to February 2018. Before their managerial role, they worked as a Certified Financial Planner at Old Mutual South Africa from 2011 to 2014. Balu'searliest work experience was as a Retail Banker at Nedbank from November 2006 to October 2010.

Balu Hermanus has a comprehensive education history in various fields.
