Mabaso Innocentia has extensive experience in sales and marketing, currently serving as the Area Distributor Development Manager at Avroy Shlain Cosmetics since June 2015, focusing on implementing vision and strategies, achieving sales goals, and developing leadership within the sales team. Concurrently, Mabaso holds the position of Team Leader Manager at Tupperware Southern Africa, where similar responsibilities in leadership development and sales management are undertaken.
