Molin Rutivi

Molin Rutivi is a seasoned training manager with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as Training Manager at Avroy Shlain Cosmetics since July 2022. Prior roles include Training Manager at Energy at Work Projects (PTY) Ltd and Training positions at The Click Foundation and iChoices Call Centre Outsourcing, where responsibilities included HR and training management. Molin began a career in training as a Training Specialist at both iChoices and BankservAfrica, and earlier experience includes serving as Training Coordinator at LabourNet and as an Accounts Clerk at the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development. Molin holds an Honors degree in Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of South Africa, along with additional coursework from the University of Johannesburg.
