Roger Lai

Roger Lai is an experienced product leader currently serving as Head of Product at Avtal since August 2023. Prior to this role, Roger held the position of VP Product at Grid from February 2022 to April 2023. Roger's extensive background includes leadership roles at TrueAccord, where responsibilities included Head of Product for Collections Performance and Head of Analytics from September 2016 to February 2022. Earlier career experiences encompass positions at Square as Business Operations Lead and Disputes Operations Manager between June 2011 and September 2016, as well as serving as Account Executive at Quantcast from February 2010 to June 2011. Roger obtained a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, graduating in January 2007.
