Tracy West

Tracy West serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Avtec, Inc. since July 2012, leading HR strategies for a company that integrates mission-critical systems for industries such as transportation and public safety. Prior to Avtec, Tracy held the position of Director of Human Resources at Amazon, overseeing the HR operations of a large distribution center. Tracy's extensive experience in HR leadership includes a tenure of over 13 years at Flextronics, where significant contributions were made in HR solutions, policy harmonization, and leadership development. Earlier career achievements were established at NCR Corporation, where Tracy began as a new graduate and advanced through various HR roles. Tracy holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and Marketing from Michigan State University.
