Graham Lovelady, CPA has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Graham currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at AvTech Capital since September 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Finance & Accounting at the same company from December 2022 to September 2023. Graham also worked as a Controller at AvTech Capital from December 2021 to December 2022.
Before joining AvTech Capital, Graham worked as a Realtor at Coldwell Banker starting in December 2019. Graham gained auditing experience as a Senior Audit Assistant at Deloitte from March 2021 to December 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Controller at Maddox Construction, L.C. from February 2018 to December 2019.
Graham also worked as a Senior Associate at Grant Thornton LLP from June 2014 to January 2018, where they gained extensive accounting knowledge. Graham began their career as a Tax Preparer at Renee A David, CPA in February 2013 and worked there until May 2014.
Additionally, Graham has experience in customer service roles, having worked as a Merchandise Host at Disneyland Resort from June 2012 to January 2013, and as a Certified Sales Authority (Team-Sports) at Sports Authority from October 2010 to June 2012. Graham also served as a Camp Counselor at Brant Lake Camp from June 2010 to August 2011.
Graham Lovelady, CPA, holds an education background that includes a Master of Science degree with distinction in Accounting from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, which they completed between 2014 and 2015. During their time at the university, they specialized in Taxation. Prior to obtaining their master's degree, Lovelady earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, which they completed between 2010 and 2014, with a focus on Accounting.
In addition to their educational achievements, Lovelady also possesses several certifications. Graham obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation from the State of Utah in January 2019. Graham also holds an inactive Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the California Board of Accountancy obtained in October 2016. Furthermore, Lovelady has obtained a certification as a Real Estate Sales Agent from the State of Utah in August 2019.
