Sarath Bharathi has been working in the recruitment and inspection industries since 2016. sarath began their career as an NDT Inspector at Metalscan Inspection Services in 2016. In 2019, they joined Avtech Solutions Inc as a Technical Recruiter. sarath was later promoted to Senior Technical Recruiter and then Recruiting Lead.

Sarath Bharathi attended AVC College of Engineering from 2010 to 2014, graduating with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering.
