SATHYA NARAYANAN VARADARAJAN

Sathya Narayanan Varadarajan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and customer service.

In 2011, Sathya started their career as a Customer Accusation Officer at Popular Vehicles & Services Pvt Ltd, where they worked in marketing, sales, and services.

From 2013 to 2013, they worked as an HR Recruiter at Housing and Properties at Vip Housing and Properties.

In 2014, Sathya joined Igarashi Motor Sales USA, LLC. as a Human Resources Administrative Specialist, and in 2015, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at smartserv.

In 2017, Sathya became the Executive Director of Human Resources - US Contracts & Immigration at Avtech Solutions, Inc. They then took on the same role at Avtech Software Services (I) Pvt Ltd, where they also served as the Manager of HR, Contracts & Immigration. In 2021, Sathya became the Executive Director of Human Resources - India Operations/ US Contracts & Immigration at the same company.

Throughout their career, Sathya has gained experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, administration, and contracts and immigration.

Sathya Narayanan Varadarajan pursued an MBA/PGDHRM degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Madras Christian College from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business/Commerce, General from the University of Madras from 2008 to 2011. Sathya Narayanan Varadarajan has also obtained a certification in "Fundamentals of Health and Safety in the Workplace" from Alison in April 2021.
