Justin Gill

Justin Gill is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in business development and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as a Business Development Engineer and Mechanical Engineer at AvtechTyee since May 2012, Justin is responsible for designing, costing, analyzing, and testing aerospace structural components for both commercial and military applications, successfully managing projects that led to Sikorsky's 2018 Supplier of the Year award. Prior to this role, Justin owned an import/export and retail wholesale business from January 2004 to September 2008, focusing on product logistics and negotiations. Experience as a Retail Manager at West Marine involved overseeing employee management and financial analysis, while service in the U.S. Coast Guard as a Boatswain's Mate showcased leadership in search and rescue operations and emergency medical training. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University, complemented by an Associate of Science from Clark College.
