Aaron Baker

Aaron Baker is an experienced operations and product development professional with a strong background in health services and consumer product improvement. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at AVVACare since March 2025, Aaron has previously held positions as Product Owner at Covenant Underwriters and Product Development Consultant at Alight Solutions, where expertise included enhancing user experience through data analysis and agile methodologies.
