Jacob Belknap

Jacob Belknap is a seasoned professional in the field of technology managed services with extensive experience in IT service delivery and SAP Basis consulting. Currently serving as the Technical Service Delivery Manager at Avvale since November 2020, Jacob is responsible for overseeing multi-team services across three customer accounts, while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and ITAR guidelines. Previously, Jacob led a team of SAP Basis consultants and has held various roles at Avvale and KochaSoft that focused on SAP system planning, optimization, and daily IT service management. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and a minor in Business Administration from Drexel University.
