Barry M. Beitz

Barry M. Beitz is the current President and Owner of Avvid Consulting. Barry has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on network administration and engineering. Barry has worked with companies of all sizes, from small businesses to enterprise-level organizations. Barry has a proven track record of success in designing, deploying, and supporting complex networks.

Barry began their career in 1994 as a Systems Analyst with First USA. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing system problems and developing solutions to improve efficiency. Barry quickly gained a reputation as a go-to problem solver, and was promoted to Network Administrator in 1997. In this role, they were responsible for migrating the network of Pima County Justice Courts from Microsoft NT to a new platform. Barry successfully completed this project on time and under budget, earning him recognition within the IT community.

After two years with Pima County Justice Courts, Barry joined Darcomm Network Solutions as a Network Engineer. In this role, they provided pre-sales support, designed and implemented Cisco and IPTel communications systems, and provided post-deployment support and troubleshooting. Barry left Darcomm in 2002 to start their own company, Avvid Consulting LLC dba Avvid IT Solutions.

Under Barry's leadership, Avvid Consulting has become a leading provider of IT consulting services. The company has successfully completed projects for clients in a wide range of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, and government. Barry is a highly respected leader in the IT community, and is frequently sought out for their expertise in network design

Barry M. Beitz is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a B.S.B.A in Information Systems. Barry also holds certifications from Zoom in Introduction to Zoom Administration, Zoom Meetings Qualified Sales Specialist, and Zoom Phone Specialist. In addition, they are certified by Cisco Systems in Cisco TelePresence Video Field Engineer, Cisco SMB Account Manager, Cisco SMB Engineer, Cisco Certified Network Associate Voice, Cisco Certified Voice Professional, Cisco Certified Network Professional, and Cisco Certified Network Associate.
