Aaron Camele

Aaron-Paul Camele is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as the Director of Sustainment at AVX Aircraft Company since May 2022. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Business Development for Military Readiness at Bell Flight and Senior Consultant at the Logistics Management Institute, where strategic planning for the Department of Defense was emphasized. Camele served in the United States Marine Corps for over 25 years, taking on significant leadership roles, including Commanding Officer for the Defense Contract Management Agency at Bell Helicopter and Commander for DCMA Japan, overseeing substantial military contracts. Experience also includes advising high-level defense officials in logistics and program management, as well as directing operations at Fleet Readiness Center East. Camele possesses a BA from the University of South Carolina and a Master’s degree from the USAF Command and Staff College, focusing on operational art and science.
