Joacim Gustafsson

Joacim Gustafsson started their career as a Cashier at ICA in 2010. Joacim then worked as a Customer Service Representative at Länsförsäkringar, advising clients on insurance products. In 2012, they joined Söderberg & Partners as an Advisory Assistant, preparing selling documents and pitches for corporate clients. In 2014, they interned as an Analyst at JLL, where they collected and analyzed research information on the Singapore property market. From 2013 to 2016, Joacim was the CEO and Co-founder of Footmall Norden AB, a shopping engine and marketplace for shoes. In 2016, they worked as an Analyst at Nordanö, a financial advisory firm specializing in Nordic property transactions. From 2017 to 2019, they served as an Investment Manager at Brunswick Real Estate, focusing on investments outside of the company's existing mandates. Currently, since 2018, Joacim is the CEO and Founder of AVY.

Joacim Gustafsson completed their Bachelor's degree in Real Estate & Finance from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in the years 2011 to 2014. Joacim then pursued a Master's degree in Real Estate & Construction Management from the same institute, graduating in the years 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they had the opportunity to be an exchange student at the National University of Singapore in the Real Estate Department during the year 2013 to 2014.
