Kristina Sullivan is a skilled Physical Therapist at AW Health Care since April 2021, bringing valuable experience in rehabilitation. Previously, Kristina served as a Work Comp Rehab Coordinator at Mercy from December 2019 to January 2021, where attention was focused on managing workers' compensation cases. Kristina obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Northwestern University between 1993 and 1997, laying a solid educational foundation for a career in healthcare.

AW owners are very involved in company operations and work on-site daily. AW Health Care provides medical home health care - - - skilled nursing care, PT/OT/speech therapy, home health aides and medical social work. AW also provides personal home care - - - private duty services, support with daily living activities, household management, skilled nursing services, veterans assistance, Medicaid Chore Services, Consumer Directed Services (CDS) and geriatric case management. AW takes great pride helping seniors be safe, independent and well-cared for in their homes. AW Health Care manages and operates outpatient physical and occupational therapy at their clinic locations in University City and St. Charles, Missouri. AW Health Care also provides transportation services within the service area. AW Health Care accepts Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, long term care insurance and veterans plans. The AW service area includes St. Louis City and the counties of St. Louis, St. Charles, Jefferson, Warren and Lincoln; and these seven counties in Illinois: Macoupin, Madison, Bond, Monroe, St. Clair, Clinton and Washington.
