Andrea Montagnoli

Andrea Montagnoli currently serves as General Manager at AW LAB, a role held since February 2024. Prior to this position, Andrea was the Country Manager and Managing Director for Bata Group in Colombia from March 2020 to February 2024. Andrea's career at AW LAB began in January 2017 as Head Of Products & Merchandising. Previous experience includes a significant tenure at Sportmaster from January 2007 to November 2016, where Andrea held multiple positions including Senior Director of Category Management & Supply Chain, Business Director for China expansion, Head of Merchandising, and Supervisor of the Apparel Category & Project Management. Andrea's earlier career includes roles at Foot Locker Europe from February 1998 to November 2006, where duties included Head of Merchandiser for Footwear and Merchandiser for Apparel & Accessories, as well as various store management functions in Foot Locker Italy.
