Amr Fahmy

Amr Fahmy has extensive work experience, starting in 1991 at KPMG, where they held the role of Deputy Audit Manager for nine years. Amr then worked as an Internal Audit Manager at Saad Group from 2000 to 2003. After that, they joined Unionaire Group as a Financial Controller and later became an Internal Control Manager. In 2005, Fahmy started working at El Borg Hospital as a Internal Audit Manager and later became a Finance Manager. In 2007, they joined International Hospital for Urology & Nephrology as the Chief Financial Officer and held that position until 2021. Fahmy is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at AWA Group since July 2021.

Amr Fahmy has a strong education background in the fields of finance, accounting, and healthcare administration. Amr obtained a Diploma of Education in Hospital and Health Care Facilities Administration/Management from Uxbridge College in 2015. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Financial Management Services from The Arab Academy For Management, Banking And Financial Sciences in 2011. In 1990, they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting from Cairo University. Additionally, Amr Fahmy has obtained certifications as a Member of the Egyptian Society of Accountants & Auditors in 1997, and as a Member of the Egyptian Society of Taxation in the same year.
