Haytham Nafady has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Haytham currently holds the position of Group Human Resources Director at AWA Group, where they are responsible for strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training, and development. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Manager at awa for food additives, where they partnered with the GM to formulate company hierarchy and grading systems. Haytham also served as a Human Resources Development Advisor at Reftruck Egypt for Refrigeration and Nageh Tex, where they restructured HR departments and developed HR programs and policies. Haytham's experience also includes working as an HR Consultant and Business Advisor at MH&P Managment And Financial Consultants, where they recommended and implemented HR policies and practices for clients. Haytham previously held positions at EgyptAir M&E and EAMS, where they contributed to HR strategy and managed various HR functions. Haytham began their career as an Administration & Personnel Coordinator at AL Rahman Medical Trading.
Haytham Nafady completed their education with a Licentiate degree in English Language and Literature from Ain Shams University, which they obtained from 1999 to 2003. Haytham then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from The American University in Cairo, where they studied from 2010 to 2012. Later, Haytham earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business Administration and Management, General from ESLSCA Business School in Cairo, completing their studies from 2013 to 2016.
