Andrew Joy has extensive experience in customer service and technical support, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Customer Service Technician at AWA Technology Services since December 2018, Andrew previously held various roles at Pitney Bowes from 2007 to 2018, where responsibilities included supporting DMT mailing inserting machines and playing a key role in securing business deals.
