Ayodeji Ayandare began their career in 2008 as a Client Service Representative at the Nigeria Postal Service. In 2012, they moved to Tinuola Private School where they worked as an Academic Tutor. In 2015, they became a Cash Management Officer at Christ Heritage Specialist Hospital in Ikoyi. In 2018, they took on the role of Sales Representative at Leadway Pensure PFA Limited. In 2019, they became an Account Manager and Client Relationship Manager at EXXEN Solutions West Africa. In 2021, they moved to Ariyo's Concept as an Account Manager. Finally, in 2022, they began working as a Business Development Manager and Customer Service Manager at AWABAH, where they are currently employed.

Ayodeji Ayandare obtained a Bachelor of Education in Economics Education from Olabisi Onabanjo University Ago Iwoye, Ogun State, between 2006 and 2011. In 2019, they obtained a certification in Sales Management- Business Ethics and Sales from Alison. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Customer Relationship Management from Ahava Yada Academy.
