Michael Jennings

Michael Jennings is a Vice President at Awad Capital, supporting clients on the execution of M&A and capital raising transactions. He joined the team in 2022 and has over 7 years of experience working on sell-side, buy-side, and private placement transactions.

He joined Awad Capital from Klecha & Co, a European technology-focused investment bank, where he worked across a variety of sectors including cybersecurity, software, and defense tech. Prior to this Michael was with GCA Altium, now Houlihan Lokey and GP Bullhound, where he worked across the technology sector, and also in more generalist verticals such as facilities management and manufacturing.

Michael holds an undergraduate degree in business management from Durham University in the UK.
