Erika Smith

Erika Smith is the Chief Operating Officer at Credit Union 1 Alaska, where they focus on fostering community connections. They previously held several roles at Wells Fargo, including Branch Manager, where they were responsible for achieving high performance objectives and supporting team development. Erika has served as a Board Member for AWAIC since 2025 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Southwestern Assemblies of God University. They graduated from Soldotna High School in 2004.
