Andy Hemingway

Andy Hemingway has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Andy started their career in 2003 as a Technical Assistant at Ansaback, where they were responsible for creating and supporting advanced scripting for contact center environments. Andy also managed customers as an account manager and delivered reporting content. After six years, they joined CallScripter in 2009 as a Software Trainer before moving on to become a Pre Sales Consultant and then Development Director. In 2019, Andy joined Awaken Intelligence as the Head of Development and later became the Head of Innovation in January 2020. Overall, Andy has a strong background in software development, technical support, and customer management.

Andy Hemingway attended Suffolk College from 2000 to 2003, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree (BSc) with Honors in Software Engineering. Andy obtained a certification as a Cloud Certified Partner from Genesys in April 2022.
