Oliver Copland is an experienced training and development professional with a robust background in various managerial and training roles. Currently serving as the Training Services Manager at Creovai since November 2021, Oliver previously held the position of Service Trainer Specialist at CloudCall from January to October 2021. Prior to that, Oliver was active in the job market as the Head of Training at Open to New Opportunities from August 2020 to January 2021, and spent five years at sales-i as the Global Head of Training and Senior Software Training Consultant. Oliver's experience also includes client support and project coordination at bit10 ltd., store management at GAME, and a supervisory role at Starbucks. Oliver's foundational education includes 12 GCSEs obtained from Coundon Court School and Community College between 1998 and 2004.
