Simon Black

Simon Black has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Simon most recently served as the CEO of Awaken Intelligence, a company that helps clients improve their customer experience through analytics and actionable insights. Prior to that, they were the CEO of CallScripter. Simon also held leadership positions at Bizagi, MatsSoft Ltd, TIBCO Nimbus, and IBM, where they contributed to business development, alliances, and sales. Additionally, they worked at Autonomy, Interwoven, and Pavilion in various sales and partner management roles. Simon has extensive experience in enterprise software solutions and has successfully implemented strategies for growing revenues and expanding into new markets.

Simon Black attended Lancing College from 1986 to 1991. Simon then went on to study Integrated Engineering Systems at The Manchester Metropolitan University from 1992 to 1994.
