Sebastian Kurek

Sebastian Kurek has a diverse work experience in the financial and auditing field. Sebastian is currently working as the CFO at Awaken Realms, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Deputy CFO at Awaken Realms for a brief period from November 2022 to January 2023. Before joining Awaken Realms, Sebastian worked as a Financial Controller at the company from February 2021 to November 2022. Sebastian started their career at Awaken Realms as an Internal Auditor from October 2019 to January 2021. Sebastian also gained experience at Toyota Motor Europe where they worked as a Junior Internal Auditor from May 2018 to September 2019. Sebastian began their professional journey with internships at KPMG Poland as a Financial Auditor from October 2017 to March 2018, and at EY as a Junior Accountant from March 2017 to July 2017.

Sebastian Kurek earned a Licencjat (Lic.) degree in Zarządzanie from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business from 2013 to 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they obtained a Magister (Mgr) degree in Finanse i rachunkowość from the same institution. In 2019 to 2020, Sebastian pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Finance and Accounting - ACCA from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business.
