Jeremy Pintus has worked in various roles since 2013. Jeremy began their career as a Sales Lead at Petland, Inc. (USA) in 2013. In 2014, they took on the role of Camp Counselor at URJ Camp Kalsman. In 2016, they became the People Operations Manager at Molly Moon's Homemade Ice Cream, where they hired a 50+ customer service team and increased customer happiness by 23%. In 2020, they joined Sherpa, Inc. as a Customer Support, where they earned the "Support Team MVP" 3 times and improved customer retention by nearly 2%. Currently, they are working as a Product Support Specialist / Client Relationship Manager at Award Force and Good Grants, where they provide quick and empathetic communication and puts the client first. Jeremy is committed to the continuous development of both self and product.

Jeremy Pintus attended Oglethorpe University from 2012 to 2013, studying Counseling Psychology.
