Fred Trompler is an accomplished sales consultant and real estate specialist with extensive experience in industrial business development and project management. Currently at Seadawg Sales Solutions LLC since 2020 and Award Realty since 2018, Trompler previously spent over three decades at Victaulic, holding various managerial roles including Industrial Business Development Manager and Global Maritime Manager, where notable contributions included establishing the company’s maritime presence globally and implementing strategic sales plans. Prior experience also includes a role as Mechanical Project Manager at McKinstry, overseeing diverse projects across multiple sectors. Trompler holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management and Engineering from the University of Washington.
