Chia Moua

Chia Moua is an experienced operational specialist currently employed at Award Staffing since June 2021, responsible for maintaining candidate records, managing vendor relations, and providing internal reporting across departments. Previously, Chia worked as a recruiting assistant, collaborating with recruiters, conducting interviews, and leading the onboarding process. Prior experience includes serving as a bank teller at Great Southern Bank from March 2019 to June 2021, where responsibilities included handling customer transactions and training new hires. From July 2014 to January 2019, Chia worked at Target as a sales floor team member, where duties encompassed cashiering, stocking, and team leadership.
