Jena Ruesch

Jena Ruesch has extensive work experience in sales and management roles. Jena is currently working as a Regional Sales Director at Awardco since July 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Corporate Sales and Regional Sales Manager at Workstream from August 2021 to June 2023. Before that, they served as the Director of Sales at Homie from November 2020 to August 2021. Jena has also worked at Workfront as a Director of Enterprise Sales from January 2020 to May 2020, Director of Corporate Sales, West from February 2016 to December 2019, and Sales Manager from February 2016 to January 2017. Jena'sexperience also includes the role of Senior Director Client Services at MarketStar from February 2015 to November 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Digital Sales Manager at KUTV/KMYU from August 2014 to February 2015 and as the Director of Digital Sales and Ad Operations at Deseret Digital Media - KSL.com from December 2009 to July 2014. Jena started their professional journey as the Director of Ad Operations at Vehix.com from August 2000 to December 2009. Initially, they worked in the finance department at Ken Garff Automotive Group from July 1991 to August 2000.

Jena Ruesch attended Salt Lake Community College from 1994 to 1996, although no degree or field of study was specified. In addition to their college education, they have obtained several certifications over the years. In 2015, they obtained a certification as a Real Estate Sales Associate from Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate. In 2017, they obtained the Command of the Message, Sale and Plan certification from Force Management. The following year, in 2018, they completed the Holding Yourself Accountable certification from LinkedIn. In 2019, they obtained the Meddic certification from Force Management. Most recently, in 2023, they obtained two certifications: TOPS Reinforcement & Coaching from Janek Performance Group, and Critical Selling Skills, also from Janek Performance Group.
