Joe Swanholm

Joe Swanholm has extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Joe currently holds the position of Enterprise Sales Director at Awardco, a role they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at OpenSymmetry as the Director of Sales, NA Alliances from March 2021 to January 2022, and as a Regional Sales Director from August 2020 to February 2021. Before joining OpenSymmetry, Joe was the Regional Sales Manager at Intangent from December 2018 to August 2020. Joe has a long-standing history at O.C. Tanner, where they served as the Managing Director from May 1997 to June 2018. Joe began their career in the industry as a Territory Manager at American Agco from 1994 to 1997, and prior to that, they worked as a Sales Representative at SRM from 1992 to 1994, and at Triad Systems Corporation from 1990 to 1992.

Joe Swanholm attended Totino-Grace High School from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained their High School diploma. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls from 1986 to 1990. Further information about their degree or field of study is not provided.
