Niall Mullins is an experienced professional in client success and management with a diverse background in HR technology and higher education. Currently serving as an Enterprise Client Success Manager (EMEA) at Awardco since October 2024, Niall previously held the position of Customer Success Manager at Humaans, a modern HRIS provider that has secured $20 million in VC funding. From October 2017 to October 2022, Niall worked at Unibuddy, progressing from Lead Customer Success Manager to Head of People & Talent. Earlier career experiences include various roles at Royal Holloway, University of London, where responsibilities ranged from International Marketing Manager to Admissions and Applicant Services Advisor.
