Emdad Rashid

Emdad Rashid is a seasoned professional in user experience and service design, currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for User Centred Design at obi coach and a Senior Service Designer at Accenture since September 2024. Rashid also holds the position of Customer Experience Coach at CXSA - Customer Experience Institute and judges various awards, including the Patient Experience Awards and Customer Experience Awards. With a robust background as Director of User Delight at 3DUX Limited since 2014, Rashid has successfully led user-centred initiatives for clients across multiple industries, including pharmaceuticals and government agencies. Past roles include Senior Service Designer positions at Amber Labs, CGI, and Bros&Co, contributing to projects such as government journey blueprints and security systems for major corporations. Academic qualifications include a BSc in Engineering Product Design from London South Bank University and A-levels in Art, Design, and Physics from City and Islington College.
