Neil Skehel

Neil Skehel is the Founder and Chairman of Awards International, overseeing multiple international branches including the UK, US, UAE, Serbia, and Cyprus since October 2021. As CEO and co-founder of Awards International since November 2008, Skehel leads initiatives that focus on business awards programs, marketing services, and event management. Additionally, as Chairman of Customer Experience Magazine since January 2010, Skehel emphasizes innovative customer-centric strategies. Previous roles include Managing Director at Cornelius Ltd, Programme Manager at Castrol BP, and Director of National Operations at McDonald's Corporation, where significant contributions were made to operational improvements and strategic development. Education includes a BA Hons in Arts from Brighton University, an MBA from Cranfield School of Management, and a Foundation Diploma in Art and Design from the University for the Creative Arts.
