Matthew Jones began their career in 2012 as a Crew Trainer at McDonald's. In 2016, they became a Building Supervisor at Tangerman University Center. In 2017, they took on an Information Technology Intern role at LPK. In 2019, they joined Root Inc. as an IT Specialist, where they facilitated purchase and provisioning of equipment through various vendors, and coordinated repairs to maintain daily operations. Matthew also lead the weekly Technology intro call for onboarding and trained new IT Specialists on SOP and acted as an SME for escalated issues. In 2022, they joined Aware as an End User Support Engineer.

Matthew Jones attended the University of Cincinnati from 2014 to 2018 where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General. Matthew also earned an Academic Minor in Professional Sales from the University of Cincinnati.
