Jen Trzeciak

Jen Trzeciak is an experienced occupational therapist and founder of Way Ahead Therapy, established in March 2021. Currently, Jen provides mental health occupational therapy to young people and adults while also overseeing mental health workshops, clinical supervision, and online wellbeing courses. Additionally, Jen serves as a Training Partner with Aware, delivering psycho-educational programs for individuals with Bipolar disorder. From November 2015 to March 2021, Jen held the role of eMental Health Clinical Manager at Jigsaw, leading the development and delivery of online mental health support services. Previous positions include Clinical Coordinator and Senior Mental Health Advisor at various organizations, where Jen has implemented strategic planning and delivered clinical support to enhance mental health services. Jen's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy, a Postgraduate Diploma in Vocational Rehabilitation, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Health Project Management.
