Svitlana Bezsmertna is a seasoned professional with experience in various roles within the technology and business sectors. Currently, Svitlana serves as a Support & Self Care Group Facilitator at Aware since January 2023 and as a Software Engineer Intern with a focus on accessibility at Microsoft since December 2022. Prior to these positions, Svitlana held the role of Senior Business Analyst at EPAM Anywhere from December 2021 to January 2023 and was a Business Analyst at ВiЯр from March 2016 to December 2022. Svitlana holds a Bachelor's degree in Personnel Management and Labor Economics from Kyiv National Economics University, earned between 2013 and 2017.
