Ken Cox

Ken Cox, LMHC, is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as a Psychotherapist in Private Practice at Indy Therapy and Counseling since July 2021 and as the Director of Recovery Services for Aware Recovery Care since February 2021, where management of in-home care support staff for substance use disorders treatment is a key responsibility. Cox has also worked in various psychotherapeutic roles, including as a Psychotherapist/Art Therapist at Buckingham & Associates and as a Director of Outpatient Services at Landmark Recovery. An accomplished educator, Ken Cox holds a PhD in substance abuse psychology from Capella University, a Master's degree in Art Psychotherapy from the School of Visual Arts, and is a Registered Art Therapist. Cox has a robust background in addressing mental health issues, trauma, and substance use disorders across diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and families.
