Marcus Sharpe

Marcus Sharpe has extensive experience in leadership and business development across various sectors, particularly in addiction treatment and behavioral health. Currently, Marcus serves as the Northeast Executive for Employer Relations at Aware Recovery Care, a position held since September 2022. Concurrently, Marcus holds a role in business development and advisory at Ritten since December 2019 and has been the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Younited since January 2012. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director at BlueSky Behavioral Health, LLC from October 2013 to September 2019, and as President and Chief Technology Officer at Sigmund Software from June 2004 to June 2012. Earlier career highlights include the role of Chief Operating/Information Officer at SLS Health from January 1997 to January 2002. Marcus Sharpe is an alumnus of the University of Connecticut.
