Matthew Romano

Matthew Romano has a diverse work experience. Matthew is currently working as the Director of Strategic Operations at Aware Recovery Care, Inc. since June 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Nonprofit Board Fellow at Children's Crisis Treatment Center from August 2022 to June 2023. Matthew also worked as a Summer Associate at SV Health Investors in June 2022. In their earlier roles, Matthew held positions at Kaufman Hall, where they served as Vice President from February 2021 to July 2021, Assistant Vice President from February 2019 to February 2021, and Senior Associate from December 2017 to February 2019. Matthew also worked at Huron Consulting Group as an Associate from July 2016 to November 2017 and an Analyst from October 2014 to July 2016. Matthew started their career as an Intern at GE Lighting in May 2013.

Matthew Romano received their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame in 2014. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at The Wharton School, with an expected completion in 2023.
