Tammy Salata

Tammy Salata is a seasoned healthcare professional with a strong background in nursing and management. Currently serving as the Medical Care Coordinator Manager at Aware Recovery Care, Inc. since April 2023, Tammy previously held multiple roles at PeopleOne Health, including RN Care Navigator/Health Coach, RN Practice Manager, and RN Manager, beginning in November 2019. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Nursing/Patient Services in Inpatient Psychiatry at Cleveland Clinic Akron General from October 2012 to November 2019, and working as a Registered Nurse at both Cleveland Clinic Akron General and Mercy Medical Center between 2010 and 2013. Tammy holds a Master of Business Administration from Walsh University, a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Ohio University, and an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from Stark State College.
