Aware Space was created from a combination of personal experience and many years of education in the fields of psychology, trauma work, relationships, and nervous system regulation.

We draw inspiration, among others, from approaches based on polyvagal theory, attachment theory, and research on the impact of trauma and stress on the body, emotions, and behavior.

Our understanding of growth aligns closely with the work of authors such as Gabor Maté, who emphasizes the role of early experiences and environment in shaping emotional responses, and Bessel van der Kolk, who points to the body and the nervous system as central to the processes of healing and integration. We create a space where growth is not about pushing beyond yourself, but about understanding your own reactions, emotions, and attachment patterns. We work with what truly impacts quality of life: stress, tension, childhood patterns, relationships, boundaries, and self-worth.
