Alex Bentick Barden

Alex Bentick Barden has a diverse work experience in various companies. In 2011, they started as a Human Resources Officer/Coordinator in Mercy Health Australia, where they handled training and development. In 2014, they joined Arts Centre Melbourne as a Senior Human Resources Coordinator until 2016. Alex then worked in illion as a People & Culture Advisor on a fixed-term contract from 2016 to 2017. Alex joined Aware Super in 2017 as a Human Resources Advisor and later became a Human Resources Business Partner in 2019. Currently, they hold the role of Operations Support Specialist in the same company since June 2020.

Alex Bentick Barden pursued a Bachelor of Business degree with a specialization in Human Resources from the Australian Catholic University. This educational journey spanned from 2007 to 2010.
