Andrew Ko

Andrew Ko is currently the Head of Group Strategy at Aware Super, a role they began in 2024. They have held significant positions in corporate strategy and financial strategy at notable companies, including Optus, Telstra, and the Australian Retirement Trust. Previously, Andrew worked in investment banking at firms such as RBS, CIMB, and Lazard, with early experience as a manager in corporate finance at the Commonwealth Bank. In addition to their extensive experience, Andrew is recognized as the Executive of the Year in Superannuation for 2025 and is a finalist for the Industry Thought Leader of the Year in 2026. They are also pursuing education at UNSW Australia.
