Jean Nette Koay

Jean Nette Koay has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Jean Nette started their career as a Paraplanner at Blueleaf Consulting in 2014 before moving on to become an Analyst in Portfolio Management at Dimensional Fund Advisors. In 2016, they joined Aon as a Senior Actuarial Analyst, specializing in Retirement. After two years, they transitioned to Milliman as a Superannuation Consulting Actuary. Jean Nette then joined the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) in 2020, where they held the roles of Superannuation Specialist in Policy and Advice, and later as a Manager in Super Strategic Insights. Currently, Jean is working at Aware Super as the Senior Manager for Performance and Growth Insights.

Jean Nette Koay has completed a Bachelor of Applied Finance with Actuarial Studies from Macquarie University. Jean Nette has also pursued the RG 146 Superannuation course from Kaplan Professional. In addition to these qualifications, Jean Nette Koay has obtained a Fellowship FIAA CERA from the Actuaries Institute, specializing in Actuarial Science.
