Jessica Falconer

Jessica Falconer is an accomplished National Work Health & Safety Manager and WHS & Wellbeing Lead with extensive experience in the field of workplace health and safety. Since July 2018, Jessica has worked with Aware Super and First State Super, focusing on health and safety management systems and employee wellbeing. Prior roles include Senior Advisor WHS at icare NSW, where Jessica implemented improvement programs, and HSE Advisor at WesTrac Cat, where effective relationships were established to enhance safety standards. Jessica has also led an international team at nib health funds, achieving high compliance ratings, and managed change program initiatives at the NSW Department of Finance, Services and Innovation. Earlier experience includes roles at WorkCover NSW, where Jessica contributed to various workplace health and safety strategies. Jessica holds a HBA degree.
