Mary A.

Mary A. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Mary began their career in 2003 at Computershare as a Project Coordinator, where they managed projects, coordinated with clients, and provided excellent client service. In 2008, they joined Accenture as an HR & LD Advisor, supporting government departments with HR-related queries and initiatives. Mary then worked at Superpartners as a People Coordinator, specializing in learning and organizational development from 2008 to 2010. From 2010 to 2022, they worked at Telstra Super, starting as a Human Resources Consultant and gradually advancing to a People & Culture, Organizational Design Consultant role. During this time, they implemented various programs, worked on diversity and inclusion initiatives, and provided strategic HR advice to business leaders. Currently, Mary holds the position of Senior People Partner at Aware Super, where they lead a team of People Consultants and contributes to the organization's overall HR strategy. Mary A. obtained their AHRI Practicing Certification from the Australian HR Institute in 2017. Mary also completed an Advanced Leadership Program from Women & Leadership Australia (WLA) between 2014 and 2015. In 2003, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Human Resource Management from Victoria University. Prior to that, they obtained an Advanced Diploma in Business Marketing from Swinburne University of Technology between 2000 and 2002.
