Matthew Nolan Frics

Matthew Nolan FRICS has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the real estate industry. Currently, they are the Head of Workplace at Aware Super, where they provide leadership in the development of workplace strategies and oversees property and facility sourcing activities. Prior to this, they were the Director of Nolan Asset Services Pty. Limited, a company they founded in 2011.

Matthew also served as the Deputy Head of Department at the Reserve Bank of Australia from 2012 to 2017, where they played a significant role in departmental operations. Matthew previously held the position of Head of Asset Services at Charter Hall Limited from 2010 to 2011.
