Max Peniket

Max Peniket has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. From 2018 to 2018, they worked as a Data Manager at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, where they automated the process of populating patient records, reducing time and eliminating backlog. In 2021, they interned as a Sustainability Analyst at Ecuna, leading the development of a carbon footprint calculator and estimation models. Max then joined Unilever as a Supply Chain Intern, supporting waste reduction initiatives and developing a loss tree model integrated into the company's PowerBI tool. Max continued to work part-time as a Supply Chain Strategist, optimizing order fulfillment and leading training sessions. In 2022, Max joined Westpac as a Sustainability Analyst, focusing on ESG disclosures and improving alignment to reporting frameworks. Finally, in 2023, they started working as a Responsible Investments Analyst at Aware Super.

Max Peniket completed a Master's degree in Sustainability at the University of Sydney from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in International Economics and Management at Università Bocconi from 2017 to 2020. Max also holds an International Baccalaureate from St. Clare's, Oxford, where their field of study included Economics, Physics, English Literature and Language, Mathematics, Global Politics, and Chinese, from 2015 to 2017. In addition, Max has obtained two certifications: Understanding Responsible Investment from PRI Academy in April 2023 and the Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award from The Duke of Edinburgh's Award in March 2017.
