Richard Britton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Richard is currently working as a Senior Manager of Data and CRM Capability at Aware Super since June 2021. Prior to this, Richard was the owner of Arctos Consulting since 2016. Richard also served as a Senior Project Manager at MI-GSO | PCUBED from July 2020 to May 2021. Before that, Richard held the position of Practice Lead - Marketing Solutions at Barhead Solutions from June 2018 to March 2020. Richard has also worked as the Head of Campaign Automation and Capability at Vodafone Hutchison Australia from July 2012 to December 2015. Richard started their career as a Database Marketing Manager at Gallaher Ltd from 1996 to 2000. Richard has also held various consulting and managerial roles at CACI Integrated Marketing, Sophron Partners, and Innovations (Mail Order) Ltd. Additionally, Richard volunteered at Colegio Nueva Luz from 2011 to 2012.
Richard Britton completed their education at Brunel University London. Richard obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics & Management Studies from 1988 to 1992. Richard later pursued a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Analytics for Marketing from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their academic qualifications, Richard also obtained several certifications, namely MB-220 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing and Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Marketing from Microsoft in January 2019, as well as Adobe Professional certifications in Adobe Campaign Standard Business Practitioner and Adobe Experience Manager Business Practitioner from Adobe in September 2019.
